last day

We leave the beach tomorrow – but what a great week we’ve had.  There wasn’t a lot of time for me and K to have to ourselves, and it wasn’t a quiet or calm vacation, that’s for sure.  But I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

an unexpected twist

We’re having a great time, but today was kind of a wash for me and Coop. So I hereby call a do-over. Tomorrow, nobody gets sick and we sit on the sand or at the pool, all day long…  here’s hoping. Oh, and more drink pictures to come.

flashback Friday

I came across this picture at my mom’s house the other day.  I flipped it over and it’s labeled “Laurie – Indian Beach 1984″.  So I thought I’d post it today as that’s where we’re headed for a week.  We’re hoping for good weather and minimal sibling disagreement… wish us luck.

I need some sand between my toes, and a cold drink in my hand…

I can’t WAIT ’til we’re at the beach next week, and we can just subsist on beer and peanuts and juice boxes and pb&j and ice cream…
