all sports, all weekend

Well, let me preface this by saying – we are NOT a family that’s really into sports.  But for some reason this weekend, we’ve been to one soccer game, one football game, and are watching another football game as I type.  (OK, only halfway watching this one)

Anyway, we did have a great time at the Wake Forest homecoming game yesterday (they played UVA).  We got free tickets, and decided to go early and tailgate.

(Cooper took this one)

Walking into the stadium

It’s OK that the free tickets are on the visitor’s side…

That is, until the yahoos start acting up.  Or WAHOOS as it were…)

Wake Forest won!  (even though we left early)

We got in a “little bit” of trouble to get this shot.  Oops!  The security guy was all, “hurry up – get the shot.  I’m gonna stand here and act like I’m fussing at you”.  (lol)

So, it was a fun day.  But the REAL reason I’m always willing to watch a Wake Forest game?

Oh yeah – Riley Skinner.  Wow.  Mmmphh.
